As a result of the project, innovative, project-based training and occupational plans were created in the field of economic sector, business and administrative training, which also take into account the needs of the European labor market. Occupational plans, integrated into the training program of educational institutions, contribute to the development of students' competences, which mainly strengthen project thinking, teamwork and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as develop soft skills such as communication skills, flexibility, time management, creativity, empathy . In the framework of the project, we also trained the professional instructors, so they are able to use the acquired knowledge in other sectors as a multiplier. The developed materials provide educators with digital solutions for more effective processing of professional knowledge.

 

In the framework of the project, we created a product consisting of 5 training plans, each of which is made up of 10 occupational plans, each of which has 1-1 related annexes. All products are available in Hungarian, English and Slovak.

 

When developing the training plans, our goal was basically to make it easy to fit into a 5-year training format, and the project the participants work on covers their 5-year studies. In this way, the building of the training plans and their increasingly complex task solutions give the participants the opportunity to develop the widest possible range of competences. At the same time, the courses can also be used in separate modules and can be easily integrated into other educational programs.

 

The occupational plans contain a total of 18 digital platforms:

• project management platform: Trello

• quiz platform: Genially, Kahoot, Plickers

• brainstorming platform: Mentimeter

• mind map platform: Mindmeister

• design platform: Canva

• budget planning platform: Spendee

• interactive platform: Genially, Kahoot, Padlet, LearningApps

• CV and cover letter creation platform: Canva, Europass

• presentation platform: Canva, Power Point, Prezi, Genially

• job search platforms: LinkedIn, Profession.hu,  Profesia.sk, epso.europe.eu

• time management platform: Excel-Gantt chart

• event budget template: Excel

 

In the occupational plans, cooperative and project methods were mostly incorporated (simulation, case study, discussion forum, situational exercises, digital cooperative-based platforms), and the most used form of work was group and social learning.
