Objective:

With the implementation of the project, our goal was to initiate a change of approach in economics vocational training, through which the focus shifts from face-to-face education to non-formal education. Helping professional economic education with project-based methods, through which instructors are able to use techniques that strengthen students' entrepreneurial competencies. Digital platforms provide opportunities for students to gain interactive and hands-on experiences, thereby increasing the effectiveness and relevance of the educational process. The development of the training plans was aimed at adapting to the labor market challenges, as a result of which the participants become capable of successful employment in the competitive labor market environment, in addition to the development of professional knowledge, their soft skill competencies also develop.

 

Target group:

The project identified several target groups: the internal target group is economics professional educators, other sectors and public education educators, professional and parent work communities, students.

External target groups are national and international high schools of economics, schools that teach a similar major, or schools that are interested in the project method. Local companies, entrepreneurs, chambers of commerce and commerce, international and other education-related (civil) organizations, organizations active in practical education and vocational training who work on projects, as well as the local population, since the goal is to direct as many children as possible to vocational training.

As a result of the multiplication events, the results of the project were made known to those professional educators and specialists who are able to incorporate them into their own educational activities.
